Empathy is crucial for improving customer dialogues.
Because when you actively use empathic phrases and show understanding of the customer's problem, you increase the likelihood of a satisfied customer by about 15%.
However, it is only in 26% of the conversations that employees use empathetic phrases such as: "I can understand that" and "I get that".
